General description
具有致癌基因选择性杀伤力的细胞可渗透的哌嗪基-喹唑啉酮化合物。显示结合线粒体电压依赖性阴离子通道（VDAC）并改变其门控；在几种人类肿瘤中快速诱导氧化性，非凋亡性细胞死亡，这些肿瘤在RAS-RAF-MEK信号传导中具有激活突变（在BJ-TERT/LT/ST/RASV12细胞中EC50 = 6.0 µM）。
