General description
通过增强IRP1（铁调节蛋白1）与HIF-2α mRNA 5′ UTR处的IRE（铁反应元件）区域的结合来抑制细胞HIF-2α信息翻译的细胞渗透性噻吩腙化合物，否则对HIF-2α mRNA的转录或HIF-2α mRNA和蛋白的稳定性没有影响。已显示可降低仅表达2α种低氧诱导因子同工型的786-O细胞（终浓度为5-10 µM）中HIF-2α和HIF-2α靶基因（包括Glut-1，IGFBP3和VEGF）的细胞蛋白水平。
