Product Description
General description
Stains living cells green. Substrate for esterases. Suitable for use in cell viability assays. Removal of the acetate groups by cellular esterases results in fluorescence in cells with intact membranes.
Substrate for lipases and esterases. Abs. Max: 498 nm.
Preparation Note
Unstable in solution. Reconstitute just prior to use.
