General description
来源于裂解无色杆菌的天然内肽酶Lys-C。赖氨酰内肽酶是一种由土壤细菌分泌的丝氨酸蛋白酶，可特异性水解赖氨酸和S-氨基乙基半胱氨酸残基羧基侧的酰胺和肽酯键。**pH值：9.0-9.5。
Preparation Note
复溶后，等分并冷冻保存（-20°C）。储备溶液在-20°C下可稳定保存1年。
用1 ml溶剂复溶1个小瓶；如果酶未完全溶解，则再加入1-3 ml溶剂，直至完全溶解。
