蒽酮，又称为9(10H)-蒽酮，是一种平面三环芳香酮。酸性条件下，与糖反应后显蓝绿色。
Application
- 蒽酮法用于比色检测还原糖和非还原糖。
- 蒽酮可用于定量测定链霉素。
- 可用于检测含脂质的糖类，可测定液体中的含糖量（如蔗糖和海藻糖）。
