General description
BCECF（目录编号216252）的细胞可渗透酯衍生物的可变混合物，其被胞质酯酶水解以产生细胞内捕获的指示剂BCECF。已用于监测哺乳动物成纤维细胞，胃细胞，淋巴细胞，肌细胞和远曲小管中细胞内pH值的变化。典型的上样缓冲液在不含氨基酸的无血清培养基中包含1-10 µM BCECF/AM，并含有伯胺或仲胺的缓冲液。
