Application
抗神经丝H抗体是针对神经丝的抗体，可用于IC、IH、IH（P）& WB。
蛋白质印迹：使用ECL为1：1,000-1：10,000识别200-220 kDa的条带。
免疫组化：在冷冻或石蜡包埋的组织切片上为1：1,000-1：10,000。建议的固定剂为4%多聚甲醛。
免疫细胞化学：在组织培养中的细胞上为1：1,000-1：10,000，细胞在3.7%福尔马林中固定一分钟，在-20°C甲醇中固定一分钟。
**工作稀释度必须由最终用户进行确定。
