General description
（±）-blebbistatin（目录编号203390）的活性对映体，其对ATP酶（IC50 = ~2 µM）和肌球蛋白II依赖性细胞过程具有抑制活性。还报道了强效抑制表达的平滑肌肌球蛋白IIA（SMA）和平滑肌肌球蛋白IIB（SMB）平滑肌肌球蛋白II重链亚型的肌动球蛋白ATP酶活性（IC50 ~3 µM）。
