General description
Immobilon®-P转印膜是一种聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)微孔膜，标称孔径为0.45微米(μm)。推荐用于蛋白质印迹分析(western blotting)，尤其是大于20 kDa的蛋白质。Immobilon®-P转印膜可结合各种分子量的蛋白质。用于从各种凝胶基质中转出蛋白质。与硝酸纤维素膜相比，Immobilon-P PVDF膜信噪比更高、更灵敏，处理和染色性能更佳，溶剂耐受性也有加强。
