General description
定位于肌球蛋白重链上的表位。可对骨骼肌中发现的快速（II型）和新生儿肌动蛋白分子进行染色，但不会对培养细胞中的心肌、平滑肌或非肌肉肌球蛋白染色。能与人类横纹肌肉瘤发生反应。
Immunogen
兔肌肉肌球蛋白。
Application
使用单克隆小鼠抗肌球蛋白（骨骼/快速）作为一抗，以1：90000的稀释度，通过蛋白质印迹对来自具有过去损伤的运动员的血清样品中的肌球蛋白（快）水平进行测定。
