ZH8651 is an orally available, potent, and selective agonist of Trace amine-associated receptor 1 (TAAR1). ZH8651 is dual activator of Gs and Gq in mTAAR1/hTAAR1 (EC50 = 9,85 nM (Gs), 66.5 nM Gq). ZH8651 alleviates MK-801-induced schizophrenia-like phenotypes without inducing catalepsy in mice.
