General description
SSC缓冲液粉末是Southern和Northern印迹程序中的标准试剂。 该粉末可用于制备浓度范围为0.5 X至20X的SSC工作溶液。

SSC缓冲液粉末含有0.3 M柠檬酸钠的3M NaCl溶液。
