General description
骨骼肌和心肌收缩的抑制剂。真核生物中肌球蛋白ATPase的一般可逆抑制剂。一种“化学磷酸酶,”使被有机磷酸盐中毒的乙酰胆碱酯酶去磷酸化。以可逆和剂量依赖性方式抑制成年大鼠颈神经节中的Ca2+电流(IC50 = 18.3 nM)。还显示可诱导犬心脏肌浆网(SR)释放Ca2+。
