Oxidative Stress
This Anti-Noxa Antibody, a.a. 1-16 is validated for use in WB for the detection of Noxa.
Western blot: 1:1,000-1:2,000
Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.
Biochem/physiol Actions
Noxa. Western blot analysis of cells infected with Noxa adenoviruses and BAF indicates a high level of specificity for the 16.5 kDa Noxa protein.
Physical form
Rabbit serum. Lyophilized. Contains no preservative. Reconstitute with 50 μL of sterile distilled water.
