General description
一种细胞渗透性乙烯基砜化合物，通过靶向STAT3-SH2结构域并阻止其与上游激酶结合，作为STAT3细胞功能的抑制剂。Stattic对STAT家族成员的影响取决于温度，在37°C时似乎具有高度的STAT3选择性。显示抑制STAT3在Tyr705位的细胞磷酸化，对Tyr701处的STAT1磷酸化（在HepG2细胞中）或JAK1、JAK2和c-Src的磷酸化（在MDA-MB-231和MDA-MB-235S细胞中）几乎没有影响。

Preparation Note
