General description
一种可渗透细胞的磺酰胺化合物，可作为Wnt/β-连环蛋白（在β-连环蛋白/TCF依赖性细胞报告基因分析中，在15 µM时抑制≥80%）和PPARγ/δ（在PPRE细胞报告基因中，在0.5 µM时抑制≥30%）信号传导的双重途径抑制剂。尽管FH535和结构相似的PPARγ-选择性抑制剂GW9662（目录编号370700）均抑制共激活剂/PPAR结合，但只有FH535阻断β-连环蛋白/PPARγ相互作用，并且FH535的拮抗活性不涉及对GW9662作用至关重要的PPAR配体结合位点半胱氨酸残基的共价修饰或非共价相互作用。
