General description
一种细胞可透过性的苯邻二甲酰亚胺化合物，据报道以 GTP 竞争方式抑制了发动蛋白 GTP 酶活性（使用纯化的羊发动蛋白 I 和重组的发动蛋白 II 的 IC50 分别为 17.4 和 63 µM）。研究表明，可阻断 K+ 诱导的 FM4-64 染料的 SVE（突触小泡内吞作用）进入大鼠脑突触体（IC50 = 12.9 µM），而在 30 µM 时对转铁蛋白的 RME（受体介导的内吞作用）进入人骨肉瘤上皮 U2OS 细胞无效，可能原因是该细胞系中发动蛋白 II 抑制能力差和/或快速外流和/或通透性有限。
