兔多克隆抗GABA抗体可识别大鼠丘脑和小脑中的GABA。经验证可用于冰冻切片的免疫组织化学。

Preparation Note
用100 µl无菌蒸馏H₂O复溶冻干抗体。保存时，用无菌PBS或Tris缓冲液稀释，稀释度不高于1:10。复溶小瓶的全部内容物；在运输和处理过程中，冻干颗粒的部分可能已脱落，可能不在小瓶底部。溶解后，等分并冷冻保存（-20°C）。储备溶液在-20°C下可稳定保存至多6个月。避免溶液反复冻融。
