General description
一种细胞可渗透的唾液酸类似物，在细胞摄取后转化为轴向位置带有C3氟取代基的CMP-Neu5Ac（a href="http://www.emdmillipore.com/products/EMD_BIO-233264" target=_blank>233264）模拟物 ，以供体底物CMP-Neu5Ac-竞争方式有效抑制唾液酸转移酶。显示有效消除HL-60细胞表面SLeX表达（降低>95%；200 µM持续5天），导致细胞表面E-选择素和P-选择素结合显着降低（分别降低>95% 和>80%），没有影响细胞活力或增殖。
