General description
一种细胞可渗透的氟化岩藻糖衍生物，在其摄取和代谢转化为GDP-岩藻糖模拟物后作为岩藻糖基转移酶的抑制剂。用这种抑制剂对HL-60细胞进行治疗显示，Lewis-X和SLex在3天内完全消失。 还消除了P-选择素的结合，并在E-选择素和P-选择素包被的表面上表现出更快的滚动细胞。即使在200 µM水平下，也不会影响细胞活率或其倍增时间。
