General description
IgG抗体亚型是免疫系统中含量**的血清免疫球蛋白。它由B细胞分泌，存在于血液和细胞外液中，可防止细菌、真菌和病毒引起的感染。母体IgG通过胎盘传递至胎儿，对新生儿的感染免疫防御能力至关重要。抗人IgG（γ-链特异性），F（ab′）2 片段抗体对人IgG亚类具有特异性。抗体的F（ab′）2 片段是通过免疫特异性纯化方法从胃蛋白酶消化的抗血清中获得的。
