临时速记：

- 95°C 下 20 s 的初始变性足以激活酶。 使用复杂模板时，建议将初始变性设置为 3 min。
- 对于 3 步循环，引物退火用 20秒，72°C 下延伸/数据采集用 1 秒。
- 反应体积不得超过 25μL。
Preparation Note
总是确保所有的组份在使用用彻底溶解并充分混合。KAPA SYBR ®Fast qPCR Master Mix (2X) 即使在-20°C 下储存，也可能无法冷冻。
KAPA SYBR FAST qPCR Master Mix (2X) 中包含的 SYBR Green I染料和ROX/荧光素染料（取决于试剂盒配置）具有光敏性。 长时间暴露在直射光下会导致荧光信号强度下降。
KAPA SYBR FAST qPCR Master Mix (2X) 经过30个冻融循环后仍稳定。当不使用时，确保所有试剂在-20°C的温度下避光储存。如果不被微生物和/或核酸酶污染，试剂在避光的情况下，在4°C的黑暗环境中稳定至少一个星期，并可在这个温度下储存以短期使用。
Analysis Note
所有试剂盒组份均经过严格的功能性质量控制，不存在可检测到的污染外切和内切酶活性，并满足严格的DNA污染要求。
