Biochem/physiol Actions
具有抗高血压、正性变力作用和腺苷酸环化酶活化特性的细胞通透性二萜类化合物。它的许多生物学作用是由于其对腺苷酸环化酶的激活以及由此而导致的细胞内cAMP浓度增加。毛喉素可影响钙电流并抑制MAP激酶。
