General description
Schiff’s品红-亚硫酸试剂是糖蛋白检测试剂盒的组分。它主要用于过碘酸-席夫(PAS) 染色法以检测和观察生物样品中的醛、糖蛋白。该试剂由碱性品红染料和亚硫酸氢钠组成。它与碳水化合物的醛基反应，并产生粉色至紫红色的产物，从而让我们可以鉴定样品中的这些物质。
Application
Schiff′s品红-亚硫酸试剂可用于：
- 过碘酸-席夫(PAS) 染色以测定杯状细胞(goblet cell)和唾液糖蛋白如粘液素
- 卵巢和睾丸的染色
- 西红柿和 苜蓿初生根的染色
- 未分化肉瘤 (USARC) 的染色
Preparation Note
