Application
PEG在单克隆抗体生产中用作杂交瘤制备的细胞融合剂，诱导细胞杂交。
推荐用于要求50%聚乙二醇和10%二甲基亚砜的正常融合方案。
Packaging
在氮气氛围下密封在安瓿瓶中。
Preparation Note
溶液随时可用。如果需要浓度较低的溶液，用无菌无钙DPBS稀释（D5773）。一些沉淀物在暴露于较冷的环境后可能会出现，但随着溶液变暖，这些沉淀物会消失。如果需要，溶液可以冷冻，但首先应等分，以避免重复冷冻/解冻循环。
Other Notes
含有50% （w/v）聚乙二醇（平均摩尔重量1450）和不含钙的10%二甲基亚砜（体积比）。
