General description
Immunoglobulin κ locus (IGK), also known as IGK@, is encoded by the gene mapped to human chromosome 2p11.2.
The antibody A8B5 reacts with kappa light chains (22.5 kDa) of immunoglobulins.
Application
The reagent is designed for Flow Cytometry analysis. Suggested working dilution for Flow Cytometry is 2-8 μg/mL of sample. Indicated dilution is recommended starting point for use of this product. Working concentrations should be determined by the investigator.

Mutations in the IGK@ gene increases the risk of susceptibility to nasopharyngeal carcinoma, gastric cancer and breast cancer.
