Product Description
Clone REA510 recognizes the mouse MHC class II alloantigen I-Ek. It also recognizes the rat MHC class II antigen RT1D and cells from mice of the H-2d, H-2p, and H-2r haplotypes. Cells from mice of the H-2b, H-2f, H-2g7, H-2q, and H-2s haplotypes do not express the I-E antigen. MHC class II is expressed on antigen-presenting cells, such as dendritic cells, monocytes, macrophages, B cells in lymphoid and non-lymphoid tissue, thymic epithelial cells, and on subsets of hematopoietic progenitor cells in the bone marrow.
Additional information: Clone REA510 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.
