General description
Immobilon®-PSQ转印膜是由聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)制成的0.2 μm微孔膜，特别开发用于**化蛋白吸附能力。这种转印膜适合用于凝胶电泳蛋白电印迹（或纯化蛋白样品的印迹吸附）后的直接蛋白测序和免疫检测。Immobilon®-PSQ转印膜为分子量小于20 kDa的蛋白质提供了**印迹。它的比表面积更大，对小分子蛋白的吸附能力更强。
