Product Description
Clone REA955 recognizes the human CD158f (KIR2DL5) antigen, a member of the killer immunoglobulin-like receptor (KIR) family, which recognizes subsets of HLA alleles. Expression is found mainly on CD56dimCD16+ natural killer (NK) cells but also on a subset of CD8+ T cells. KIRs are monomeric receptors possessing high allelic polymorphism, with either two or three Ig-like extracellular domains.
Additional information: Clone REA955 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.
