Product Description
Clone REA553 recognizes the human Vβ16 T cell receptor (TCR Vβ16). The TCR is responsible for recognizing antigens bound to major histocompatibility complex (MHC) molecules. It is a disulfide-linked membrane-anchored heterodimeric glycoprotein normally consisting of the highly variable α and β chains. TCR Vβ16 is expressed on a subset of α/β T cells.
Additional information: Clone REA553 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors
