聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)滤膜板胜过混合纤维素酯膜，对捕获抗体的结合能力略有提高，斑点检测性能优异，尤为适合荧光法应用。
Application
MultiScreen® HTS IP过滤板（0.45 μm，白色，无菌）已用于下列细胞的酶联免疫斑点法(ELISpot)分析：
- 产双链DNA的浆细胞
