Clone REA1328 recognizes the CDK2 protein, also known as Cyclin-dependent kinase 2, p33 protein kinase or CDKN2. THe CDK2 enzyme is a member of the cyclin-dependent kinase family of Serine/threonin protein kinases and plays a role in cell cycle control and other biological processes. It is ubiquitously expressed. CDK2 is activated by interaction with cyclin E, the activity is restricted to S phase and G2 of the cell cycle.
Additional information: Clone REA1328 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.
