General description
Amicon®Ultra-0.5离心过滤设备可实现快速的超滤，具有高浓缩因子，并且易于从复杂的稀样品基质中回收浓缩物。例如，初始浓度为 0.25 mg/ml 的细胞色素 C(12.4 kDa)截留率为 >95%。
垂直设计和可用膜表面积实现了快速的样品处理、高样品回收率（稀起始溶液通常大于 90%）和 30 倍浓缩能力。垂直设计可**程度减少溶质极化和随后的膜污染，过滤设备中的物理止动装置防止旋转至干燥和潜在的样品损失。收集滤液后，简便的反向旋转步骤可高效回收浓缩的样品（被截留的物质）。

Application
- 采用截留分子量为 3,000 道尔顿的 Ultracel ®膜进行超滤
