Clone REAL611 is an antibody fragment derived from the full Cytokeratin 10 antibody molecule. It displays no binding to Fc receptors. The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAdye_lease Complex to bind markers with high avidity.
Clone REAL611 recognizes the human Cytokeratin 10, which belongs to the type I (acidic) cytokeratin family. Cytokeratins, which are found in almost all epithelial cells, are polypeptides with keratin-containing intermediate filaments, which ensure form stability and cohesiveness. Cytokeratin 10 is located in all suprabasal cell layers including stratum corneum and is associated with keratin-1.
For removal of REAdye_lease fluorochromes for optional relabeling with different fluorochrome-conjugated REAdye_lease antibodies use the REAlease Support Kit (130-120-675).
