The streptavidin, Alexa Fluor™ 750-allophycocyanin (APC) streptavidin tandem conjugate has excitation and emission maxima at ~650/779 and is widely used to detect biotinylated probes by flow cytometry in multicolor applications following excitation at 633 nm or 647 nm.
