Product Description
Red Blood Cell Lysis Solution has been developed for optimal lysis of erythrocytes with minimal effects on cells in human, mouse, or rat whole blood, in bone marrow and in single-cell suspensions from tissue preparations. A washing step after erythrocyte lysis is recommended prior to cell separation or prior to flow cytometric analysis, if the analysis is performed more than one hour after lysis.
