CAMK2D (CaMKII delta) is a calmodulin-dependent serine⁄threonine kinase expressed in many cell types. Aberrant expression of CAMK2D has been observed both in tumor cell lines and in the cardiac tissue of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy.
