Product Description
Clone REA1200 recognizes terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase (TdT), a template independent, 60 kDa DNA polymerase. TdT catalyzes addition of deoxynucleotides to the 3'-OH terminus of oligonucleotide primer segments. Expression of TdT is found in immature lymphocytes during early differentiation where it is involved in generating antigen receptor diversity by mediating Ig gene rearrangement.
Additional information: Clone REA1200 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.
