StraightFrom Spleen CD4 MicroBead Kit was developed for rapid positive selection of CD4+ cells directly from mouse spleen without the need of cell counting, erythrocyte lysis or centrifugation thus minimizing hands-on time and maximizing yield of target cells. CD4+ cells can be directly isolated from mouse spleen by using the gentleMACS Dissociators in combination with enzymatic digestion and MACS Technology.
The StraightFrom Spleen CD4 MicroBead Kit, mouse has been developed for the positive selection of CD4+ cells directly from mouse spleen by using the gentleMACS Dissociators in combination with enzymatic digestion and MACS Technology.
Spleen is gently dissociated into single-cell suspension and CD4+ cells are magnetically labeled simultaneously. No cell count is required as well as no washing step after labeling. The target cells are separated manually via LS columns or with the help of autoMACS NEO Separator.
