Product Description
Clone REA700 recognizes the human, mouse, and rat Jak1 antigen, also known as tyrosine-protein kinase JAK1 or janus kinase 1. Jak1 is a widely expressed membrane-associated phosphoprotein characterized by the presence of a second phosphotransferase-related domain immediately N terminal to the PTK domain. Jak1 is involved in the IFN-α/β/γ signal pathway and activates transcription factors of the STAT family by phosphorylating critical tyrosine regulatory sites.
Additional information: Clone REA700 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors
