Application
mPAGE 4-20% bis-tris凝胶，用于高分辨率蛋白分离
- 每孔上样量高达60 μl
- 一般跑胶时间为30 min (MES, 180V)或34 min (MOPS, 200V)
- 用于Bio-Rad Mini-PROTEAN电泳槽时要反转密封条
- 用于XCell SureLock和其他兼容的电泳槽时，需搭配接板使用(货号MPTA)
