General description
免疫球蛋白 G（IgG）是人血清中最丰富的蛋白质之一，成人血液中的正常水平在 8-17 mg/mL 之间。IgG 对我们抵抗微生物很重要，而 B 淋巴细胞产生的分子是我们适应性免疫反应的一部分。IgG 分子具有两个独立的功能；与引起反应的病原体结合，以及募集其他细胞和分子来破坏抗原。IgG 池的变异性是通过体细胞重组产生的，在给定时间点个体的特异性数量估计为 1011 个变异体。
Application
