General description
低密度脂蛋白受体相关蛋白6，也称为LRP6，是低密度脂蛋白受体基因家族(LDLR)的成员。LDLR是细胞表面蛋白。LRP6通过充当Wnt信号通路的共受体，在胚胎发育中起着至关重要的作用。LRP6是高度同源的，并在细胞膜中以二聚体形式存在，直到被Wnt磷酸化为止。LRP6与Dickkopf(DKK)拮抗剂家族具有高亲和力，当结合时，该拮抗剂会阻断Wnt。当LRP6与Wnt结合时，它会在多个位点被磷酸化，从而导致支架蛋白Axin被募集到细胞膜上并激活β-连环蛋白。β-连环蛋白阻止Wnt和LRP6结合。LRP6与2型常染色体显性冠状动脉疾病相关。导致LPR6胞外域缺失的突变导致恒定的活性，而羧基胞内域排斥具有负面作用，从而导致Wnt信号传导受阻。

该LRP6抗体经验证可用于WB & IP检测LRP6蛋白。

Analysis Note
通过蛋白质印迹法在HEK293细胞裂解物中进行评价。
蛋白质印迹分析：1 µg/mL的该抗体在10 µg HEK293细胞裂解物中检测到LRP6。对于增强的结果，建议最终用户对该抗体进行更高的稀释度。
