General description
Ultrafree®-CL离心过滤器是一种一次性过滤器，用于去除生物水溶液中的颗粒物。Ultrafree-CL装置可与聚偏氟乙烯（PVDF）和聚四氟乙烯（PTFE）微孔膜一起使用。许多因素可以影响非特异性蛋白质结合，包括膜材料、溶液pH、缓冲强度、接触时间、溶液的表面张力、溶质浓度和单个蛋白质特性。Durapore® PVDF膜显示出所有微滤膜中**的蛋白质结合。
Application
