Biochem/physiol Actions
针对 Thy 1.1 抗原决定簇，它是大鼠品系中的单态决定簇，但在小鼠中是多态性的（对 AKR 株呈阳性，对 CVA 和 BALB/c 呈阴性）。Thy-1 抗原存在于多种细胞类型中，包括胸腺细胞、神经元细胞、T 淋巴细胞（小鼠）、干细胞和未成熟的 B 细胞（大鼠）和结缔组织（Campbell, 1981）。Thy-1 是一种糖蛋白，112 个氨基酸，与免疫球蛋白结构域同源（Williams & Gagnon, 1982）。MAB1406 可与琼脂糖 4-B 偶联并用于纯化小鼠 Thy-1.1 和大鼠 Thy-1 抗原（Campbell, 1981; Williams & Gagnon, 1982）。MAB1406 也可用于研究抗体-毒素偶联物对 Thy-1 肿瘤细胞的杀伤作用（Neville, 1982）。
