General description
原生牛小肠碱性磷酸酶。同型二聚体酶，能水解伯醇和仲醇、胺和酚的磷酸酯。可用于水解DNA和RNA的5′端磷酸基。注意：1 KU = 1,000单位。

Physical form
溶于含 6 mM MgCl、6 mM Tris-HCl、0.12mM ZnCl、40%甘油的溶液中，pH 7.6。
