General description
脱氧核苷三磷酸（dNTP）可作为DNA聚合酶的底物。它通过提供四种碱基（dATP、dGTP、dCTP、dTTP）有助于合成目的DNA。
10 mM dNTP Mix是一种即用型制剂，即在pH 7.0的无菌去离子水中浓度为10 mM的超纯dATP、dCTP、dGTP和dTTP（谷氨酸钠盐）。
Application
10mM dNTP Mix 适用于将骨肉瘤细胞系提取的RNA合成为互补DNA （cDNA）。
