Application
免疫组化：在福尔马林、Bouin′s或Zamboni′s固定组织上为1：5,000-1：10,000（18-24小时培养）。将在石蜡包埋的组织上发生反应。
免疫细胞化学：在胎鼠神经元上为1：10,000。
斑点印迹：1：1000
RIA
**工作稀释度必须由最终用户确定。
