Note: The antibody has also been used successfully for Western blot but results may vary from lab to lab. The usefulness of the antibody for Western blot must be determined by each individual laboratory.
Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user.

Synphilin-1. Immunohistochemical analysis of human brain indicates a high level of specificity. Peptide sequence used shows 88% sequence homology with mouse synphilin-1 but mouse has not been tested for reactivity.
Physical form
Rabbit serum. Lyophilized. Contains no preservative. Reconstitute with 50 μL of sterile distilled water. Centrifuge if necessary to remove any residue.
Preparation Note
Maintain lyophilized material at -20°C to -70°C for up to 6 months. After reconstitution maintain frozen at -20°C in undiluted aliquots for up to 6 months. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
