囊泡GABA转运蛋白（unc-47）同源物是525个氨基酸长的蛋白，属于神经递质转运蛋白家族（1）。 VGAT在将GABA和甘氨酸摄取到突触囊泡中起作用。 由于蛋白与突触囊泡结合，因此VGAT抗体是突触前GABA能和甘氨酸能神经元的**标记。
Immunogen
大鼠VGAT羧基末端区域附近的17个氨基酸肽序列（McIntire，S.，1997）。
Application
免疫组化/免疫荧光
在多聚甲醛固定切片上使用2-20 µg/mL的先前批次。
ELISA：
将先前批次的1：10,000–1：100,000稀释液用于ELISA，每孔使用50-100 ng对照肽（目录号AG379）。
蛋白质印迹：
1-10 µg/ml（化学发光技术）预期的分子量约为55-60 kDa。
